Is a white sheet of paper more blank than a black sheet of paper?
Usually, when I think blank, I think white, not black. However, the definition of blank is basically for something to have no decorations or writing on it. So theoretically, a plain, black piece of paper is equally blank to a white piece of paper. Also, I believe that it is the same as a blackboard and a whiteboard. An empty blackboard, and an empty whiteboard, are equally blank. But it depends what you think.
